Barcelona, July 28th 2017 - eDreams ODIGEO (www.edreamsodigeo.com), the largest online travel agency in Europe and one of the largest European e-commerce businesses, has confirmed the new composition of its Board of Directors. This follows today's ratification by its General Shareholders' Meeting of the re-appointment for a period of three years of all the members appointed in 2014, as well as the appointment of Pedro López as a proprietary director.

With the re-appointment of Philip C. Wolf and Robert A. Gray as Chairman and Vice Chairman, respectively, and Philippe Poletti, Lise Fauconnier and Benoit Vauchy as directors, together with the incorporation of Pedro López, the Board of Directors is thus strengthened and boasts professional profiles with a well-established, proven track record within the international tourism sector and the financial industry.

The Chairman of the eDreams ODIGEO Board of Directors, Philip C. Wolf, wished to emphasise that 'the business plan implemented over the past two years has enabled the group to develop into a leading-edge company, producing highly positive results'. In this sense, the objective of eDreams ODIGEO in the coming years is to continue adopting key strategic initiatives in order to consolidate its leading position in the online tourism sector and in e-commerce.

This is the direction that will be taken by both the company's executive team and the new Board of Directors, whose current composition is as follows:

Philip C. Wolf (Chairman and independent director). Recognised worldwide as a travel guru, he founded PhoCusWright Inc., an independent research firm specializing in the impact of technology and innovation on the world's third largest industry. He is a magna cum laude graduate of Duke University and holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University. He is also on the Board of Directors of companies on three continents.

Robert A. Gray (Vice Chairman and independent director). He was Chief Executive Officer of PR Newswire until July 2016. From 2009 to 2015, he was Executive Director and CFO of UBM plc, a U.S. B2B media group listed on the London Stock Exchange. Previously he held various positions within J.P. Morgan & Co. and Deutsche Bank. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College (BA) and Harvard Business School (MBA).
Amanda Wills (independent director). She is an award-winning, highly-respected UK travel industry executive. She began her tourism career at Airtours plc and was later Managing Director at Virgin Holidays Group for over 13 years. Throughout this time, her leadership stood out for the innovation in both products and services, as well as an acquisition-led strategy that enabled new markets to be penetrated in both the UK and the US. She joined the Board of Directors of eDreams ODIGEO in July 2015.

Philippe Poletti (proprietary director). He joined Ardian in 1999 and is currently the Managing Director of Ardian France in charge of the European Mid Cap Buyout for France, Germany, United Kingdom, Spain and Italy. Prior to joining Ardian, he was the Head of Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestments at DMC.

Lise Fauconnier (proprietary director). Prior to joining Ardian in 1998, she worked as an Investment Manager at Euris. As Managing Director at Ardian, she led investments at Newrest, ODIGEO and Camaieu. She is also a board member of Linedata, a company listed on Euronext.

Benoit Vauchy (proprietary director). He joined the group in 2011 as a non-executive director of Opodo Limited and also previously served as the Chairman of the Group's Audit Committee. He is a Partner and the Head of the Paris Office at Permira and currently serves on the board of Permira Holding Limited. Prior to joining Permira in 2006, his professional career centred on the field of leveraged finance, working for J.P. Morgan in London.

Pedro López (proprietary director). He joined Permira in 2006 and, since 2016, he has served as the Head of the Madrid office. Previously, he spent four years at J.P. Morgan in London, where he worked in the M&A department, as well as in debt capital markets and leveraged finance. Mr López has a degree in Business Administration & Management from the Carlos III University in Madrid.

Dana Dunne (executive director). He has been the CEO of eDreams ODIGEO since 2015. He previously served as Chief Commercial Officer of EasyJet Plc and the CEO of AOL Europe Sarl. He has an MBA from Wharton Business School and an economics degree from Wesleyan University. He joined the Board of Directors of eDreams ODIGEO in July 2015.

David Elizaga (executive director). He is the CFO of eDreams ODIGEO. Before joining eDreams ODIGEO, he was Chief Financial Officer at Codere S.A., having previously held various positions at Codere S.A., as well as at Monitor Group and Lehman Brothers. Mr Elizaga has a Business and Law degree from the Comillas Pontifical University-ICADE. He joined the Board of Directors of eDreams ODIGEO in July 2015.
