The leasing and Related activities develops malls and manages malls in addition to retail, commercial and residential areas. The Hospitality segment develops and manages a portfolio of hospitality assets, such as Hotels, serviced residences, golf retreats and yacht clubs, among others. Its portfolio includes properties, such as Burj Khalifa, Dubai Marina, among others.
