Empire Oil & Gas NL provided update on the Red Gully North-1 (RGN-1) project. Progress: The workover rig and personnel were demobilised from site. The well testing equipment has been mobilized to site, rigged up and tested. Approval has been received from the regulator, the Department of Mines and Petroleum, for Empire's application to test the Upper D sand zone only. Empire deferred production testing of the C sand due to the lack of integrity of the completion across the C sand. The testing program is anticipated to be complete around the middle of January 2017. The current plan is: Perforate and flow-test the Upper D sand to determine deliverability, pressure data and collect reservoir samples; On cessation of testing operations, secure well and de-mobilise testing equipment; Assess merits of further testing of the C sand at a later date subject to flow-test results of the Upper D sand.
