InfraCo SpA agreed to acquire Fiber optic business from Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones S.A. for approximately $360 million.

Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones SA (Entel Chile SA) is a Chile-based company engaged in the provision of integrated telecommunications services. Its services range comprises voice, data and high-density data transmission, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), as well as information technology (IT) solutions, such as datacenter, infrastructure outsourcing and cloud computing. The Company's activities are divided into five segments: Consumer, which provides mobile, wired and Internet services to individuals; Small and medium-sized enterprises, which offers mobile communication and connectivity solutions to legal entities; Corporate, which delivers telecommunications services to government bodies, banks and corporations; Mobile services in Peru, which includes wireless communication services provided by Entel Peru SA, and Other business, which mainly offers network infrastructure services, call center services, as well as long distance and traffic services.
