ENEA S.A. announced that Bartosz Niescior wasa ppointed to the company's supervisory Board as of 3 February 2020. Mr. Bartosz Niescior is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in Law. He completed doctoral studies in legal sciences. He completed Post-Graduate Studies in Government and Local Government Administration at the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies at the University of Warsaw and LL.M. studies (in English) in International Commercial Law at Kozminski University in Warsaw. He obtained the Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) certificate. He has extensive professional experience working in government administration. He worked as Assistant and Advisor to a Member of the Council of Ministers in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, then as Deputy Director in the Regulatory Impact Assessment Department in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister and Director of the Minister's Office at the Ministry of the Environment. Currently, he serves as Deputy Director in the Department of Ownership Supervision I in the Ministry of State Assets. He worked as an academic lecturer at the University of Warsaw. Author of more than 10 scientific publications in Polish and international journals and speaker at many conferences in Poland and abroad.
