From December 1, 2023 to February 29, 2024, the company has repurchased 29,000 shares, representing 0.11% for $0.58 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 2,344,868 shares, representing 9.07% for $38.58 million under the buyback announced on October 21, 2008.
Ennis, Inc. is engaged in the business of manufacturing, designing and selling business forms and other printed business products, primarily to distributors located in the United States. The Company offers snap sets, continuous forms, laser cut sheets, tags, labels, envelopes, integrated products, jumbo rolls and pressure-sensitive products in short, medium and long runs.
