ENR Russia Invest SA Announces Unaudited Consolidated Earnings Results for the Six Months Ended June 30, 2014

ENR Russia Invest SA (ENR) is an investment company. The Company’s investment objective is to invest in private and public companies in Russia and other Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) countries and in the Baltic States and to assist portfolio companies to grow turnover and to improve margins and generate long term capital returns on invested capital. As of December 31, 2009, its investment portfolio included Eastern Property Holdings Limited, Naftrans Limited and Unified Energy Systems. It provides expansion capital; assistance with business planning and strategy; development of optimal corporate and capital structures; assistance with financial and management reporting; securing strategic partner, and initial public offer (IPO) planning.
