O evento será pago no dia 18/01/2024, aos titulares de BDRs em 27/12/2023.

Considering the FX Rate of 4,9397 - 15/12/2023, BDR Shareholders will be entitled to receive the preliminary value of R$ 1,106810167 per BDR.
The payment will be completed on 18/01/2024, to entitled BDR Shareholders on 27/12/2023.
