FIM Prime Marina Holding Ltd. acquired Nuran Marina Serviced Residences from Emaar Properties PJSC for a transaction valued at AED 133 million.

Eshraq Investments PJSC, formerly Eshraq Properties Company, is United Arab Emirates-based private shareholding company active in the property sector. It operates as a property development Company by launching residential, commercial, touristic and other real estate projects.
