Amper, S.A. (BME:AMP) acquired additional 25% in PROES Consultores, S.A. from Euroconsult Engineering Consulting Group, S.A. (BME:ECG) for €1.3 million on January 9, 2020. As per terms, additional 4300 shares have been acquired. €0.55 million is already paid and balance will be payable within 12 months. Post completion, Amper, S.A. holds 89.04%.
Amper, S.A. (BME:AMP) completed the acquisition of additional 25% in PROES Consultores, S.A. from Euroconsult Engineering Consulting Group, S.A. (BME:ECG) on January 9, 2020.
Euroconsult Engineering Consulting Group SA, formerly Euroconsult Group SA, is a Spain-based company engaged in the global consulting services to public and private clients to plan, design, construct, operate and maintain projects around the world. The projects, in which the Company is involved, are related to the infrastructure, engineering for construction and technology.
