FTSE SMALL CAP - WINNERS

Bioera does best of all and rises about 15 percent to EUR0.11 per share. The company approved draft financial statements for 2023, which ended with a loss of EUR3.5 million from EUR5.4 million in the previous year.

Total revenue was EUR1.4 million compared to EUR3.7 million in the previous year in the same period.

EPH also goes up, rising 6.3 percent to EUR0.0034 per share. The company announced Monday evening that its board of directors approved the draft 2023 budget, a fiscal year that closed with a loss of EUR1.3 million from a EUR1.0 million loss a year earlier.

Operating income is negative EUR1.2 million compared to a negative figure of EUR945,000 in 2022.

The company shows negative equity of EUR12.9 million as of December 31, 2023 from minus EUR12.2 million in 2022, and a negative Net Financial Position of EUR8.9 million up from EUR5.9 million as of December 31, 2022.

Due to the bankruptcy of ePrice Operations declared by the Court of Milan on June 30, 2022, the company specifies in the note, EPH as of December 31, 2022 "is effectively non-operational." Revenues, therefore amount to 0 from EUR336,290 in 2022.

Eurotech sits on the bottom, giving up 14 percent to EUR1.86 per share after the accounts. In fact, the company reported that it closed 2023 with a net loss of EUR3.1 million compared to a loss of EUR1.6 million in 2022.

Revenues fell to EUR93.8 million from EUR94.3 million while, at constant exchange rates, there would be a 3.6 percent year-on-year increase.
