Eusu Holdings Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A000700) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 1,226,994 shares. The purpose of the program is to enhance shareholder value and to stabilize stock price. The program will be valid until August 14, 2021. As of May 13, 2021, the company had 315,902 shares in treasury under the dividend capacity and 747,686 shares in treasury under other capacities.
