Exide Pakistan Limited announced unaudited unconsolidated and consolidated earnings results for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2020. For the quarter, the company announced Net Sales were PKR 3,065.477 million compared to PKR 2,209.928 million a year ago. Operating income was PKR 68.961 million compared to PKR 103.977 million a year ago. Loss after taxation was PKR 57 million compared to PKR 33.723 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was PKR 0.01 compared to PKR 4.34 a year ago.
For the half year, Net Sales were PKR 4,797.585 million compared to PKR 4,890.731 million a year ago. Operating Loss was PKR 64.887 million compared to profit of PKR 3.562 million a year ago. Loss after taxation was PKR 228.099 million compared to PKR 261.043 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was PKR 29.36 compared to PKR 33.60 a year ago.
