Fabasoft AG Proposes Dividend Payment for the Fiscal Year 2021/2022

Fabasoft AG is an Austria-based holding company operating in the software solutions area. The Company’s product portfolio includes, among others, Fabasoft Folio, an enterprise business process and documentation management solution; Fabasoft eGov-Suit, a solution for electronic records management; Fabasoft MINDBREEZE, an enterprise search solution; Fabasoft app.telemetry, an application performance monitoring and end-user experience monitoring solution; Fabasoft app.ducx, a use case based development environment for composite content applications based on the Company's other products, and Fabasoft app.test, which is a use case oriented development environment for automated acceptance tests. The Company also provides cloud services with Fabasoft Folio Cloud and Faba5, among others.
