FENGHUA SOLETECH AG The Local Court in Frankfurt am Main has appointed Mr. Su Chun Keat as new Member of the Supervisory Board of Fenghua SoleTech AG until the next Ordinary General Meeting of the company. He follows Mr. Jaroslaw Dabrowski who left the Supervisory Board in February 2015. Chun Keat is audit partner at the Singapore-based audit firm RT LLP.
He has more than 14 years of audit and assurance working experience on an international level. Prior to joining RT LLP, he worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Singapore and Deloitte, Singapore. Chun Keat is a practicing member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) as well as a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
