Fenghua Soletech AG has completed an IPO in the amount of €0.56 million.

Fenghua Soletech AG is a Germany-based company engaged in the footwear industry. It produces shoe soles for adults sport shoes. The Company's product portfolio includes performance, leisure and casual sports shoes soles. Its product portfolio is divided into three areas: EVA sports shoe soles, including soles made out of ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) as well as EVA upper sole combined with a lower sole and other components, among others; Rubber shoe soles, containing shoe soles like rubber only soles for skateboarding, leisure and casual shoes; and Components of soles, entailing materials and components such as pellets for the manufacturing of EVA soles, among others. Fenghua Soletech AG's production facilities are located in Quanzhou province, in China.
