First Acceptance Corporation owns and operates Acceptance Insurance, an insurance agency that sells insurance and related products underwritten and serviced by its own insurance companies and through third-party carriers. The Company operates under an Agency Model in 15 states where it sells both its own underwritten insurance policies and those issued by third-party insurers. Acceptance Insurance sells non-standard personal automobile insurance written solely through independent agents.
