OF FOURTH QUARTER AND FULL YEAR 2022

RESULTS AND LIVE WEBCAST

Singapore, 6 February 2023 - FSL Trust Management Pte. Ltd. ("FSLTM"), the trustee-manager of First Ship Lease Trust ("FSL Trust" or the "Trust"), will report the financial results of FSL Trust for the fourth quarter and full year ended 31 December 2022 on Monday, 13 February 2023, after trading hours.

FSLTM will host a live webcast to discuss the financial results for the fourth quarter and full year of 2022 at 10.00 a.m. (Singapore time) on Tuesday, 14 February 2023.
