Fleury Michon has announced net income of 2.4 million euros for 2022, compared with 4 million the previous year, and operating income before non-recurring items of 15 million euros, or 1.9% of sales, a margin that is virtually stable (-0.1 points).

At €794.8 million, sales were up 12.6%, driven by market share gains, price increases to offset soaring costs, and the resumption of air catering and corporate meal delivery activities.

The Board of Directors will propose to the AGM on June 27 the payment of a dividend of €1.20 per share, stable compared with 2022. In view of the many uncertainties," the food group says, "no figures can be provided at this time.
