A large global company is rebuilding their UK headquarters in London and will use Flowscape Technology AB's solution to create a future-proof office, loved by their employees but also market leading when it comes to space management and energy-efficiency. The order value in the first year is GBP 70,380 (SEK 970,000) and thereafter GBP 16,930 (SEK 230,000) annually recurring. When using Flowscape's analytics tool at their existing UK offices, they know that the occupancy levels are 20% lower on Mondays and Fridays compared to other working days of the week.

In their new office, the least utilized floors will be closed down during days with low utilisation. This will create an office with more interaction between employees as well as lower carbon dioxide emissions. The shutdown will be managed by Flowscape's solution that will also interact with the building HVAC system to optimise the building climate according to office utilisation.

The Flowscape system will detect it the occupancy will change over the working days and can instruct other systems to adapt to the new situation. This is a completely new way of working and customer wants to use their office as practical and functional showcase to lead a change in the real estate industry. The customer expects money to be saved at the same time as carbon dioxide emissions are radically reduced which is in line with their ESG commitment.

Also accurate data and analyses on how to optimize the furnishing of the office to create the best possible work environment is critical for the customer. For this, a large number of Flowscape's sensors are installed to measure occupancy in workplaces, meeting rooms, toilets, coffee areas and lounge areas.
