Fondul Oamenilor de Afaceri is a Romania-based closed-end fund. It is primarily engaged in the investment in public companies. It is managed and legally represented by Safi Invest SA. As of December 31, 2011, Fondul Oamenilor de Afaceri owned more than 10% of its assets in shares of BRD-Groupe Societe Generale SA, Societatea de Investitii Financiare (SIF) Banat Crisana SA, SIF Moldova SA, SIF Transilvania SA and SIF Oltenia SA.
