Triumph Corporation Ltd. (TAIM:3651) entered into an agreement to acquire DIGITALIO Co., Ltd. from Forside Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:2330) for ¥170 million on September 29, 2016. DIGITALIO reported net assets of ¥39.65 million, total assets of ¥95.64 million, sales of ¥340.96 million, operating profit of ¥17.71 million and net loss of ¥12.44 million for the year ending December 31, 2015. The Board of Directors of Triumph Corporation passed a resolution for the transaction on September 29, 2016. The transaction is expected to close on September 30, 2016.
