Mainova AG (DB:MNV6) entered into a sale and purchase agreement to acquire Energy Air Gmbh from Fraport AG (XTRA:FRA) on October 24, 2018. The transaction is subject to approval of the antitrust authorities as well as approval from the boards of Mainova. Closing of the transaction is expected to take place in early 2019.
