From April 1, 2020 to May 28, 2020, the company has repurchased 152,200 shares, representing 1.84% for ¥64.85 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 300,000 shares, representing 3.63% for ¥141.51 million under the buyback announced on February 6, 2020.
FUJI KOSAN COMPANY, LTD. is primarily engaged in petroleum related products wholesale business. The Company is also engaged in the home energy business, including residential fuel oil retailing business, environment related business, including rental business of construction machine and mega solar power generation business. The Company operates in four segments. The Petroleum segment is engaged in purchasing and selling fuel oil, asphalt and lubricant oil.
