Peter Mason Retires as Non-Executive Director of FW Thorpe Plc, Effective from 18 January 2024

FW Thorpe announces the following changes to the board structure: Mr. Peter Mason will retire as a non-Executive Director on 18 January 2024, having previously served as Group Financial Director and a non-Executive for many years. Peter has been a fundamental part of the stability and success of the Group since he started back in the 1980's, helping shape the foundations on which the Company has been built.
