In a related transaction, Geopulse Explorations Inc. (OTCPK:GPLS) acquired Growth Circle, Inc. on August 22, 2017. Mike Childs will remain as Dakota Energy Resources's President and oversee all water operations for Bakken Water Transfer Services.
