XYEED Co., Ltd. announced a private placement through a third-party allotment of 190 shares at a price of ¥50,000 per share for gross proceeds of ¥9,500,000 on December 9, 2020. The transaction will include participation from new investor Gexeed Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:3719). Post closing of transaction and concurrent acquisition Gexeed Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:3719) will hold 100% stake in the company. The transaction is expected to close on December 23, 2020. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of Gexeed Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:3719).
