Gigastone Corporation (GTSM:5262) announced a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 2,000,000 shares, representing 4.5% for up to a total cost of TWD 120 million. The shares will be repurchased at a price of TWD 30 to TWD 60 per share.
The program will run till January 31, 2014.
