HCCM-Outsourcing Investment SA agreed to acquire Glintt - Technology Enabled Services, S.A., Glintt Business Process Outsourcing, SA and Netpeople - Tecnologias de Informação, SA from Glintt Global Intelligent Technologies SA (ENXTLS:GLINT) for €7 million on September 23, 2015. The units will be sold in post-split configuration. PricewaterhouseCoopers Portugal acted as accountant to Glintt Global. KPMG acted as financial advisor and Ernst & Young acted as accountant and provided financial and tax due diligence for HCapital, shareholder of HCCM-Outsourcing.

Maria João Mata, Miguel Urbano and Víctor Réfega Fernandes of PLMJ acted as legal advisors to Glintt - Global Intelligent Technologies, S.A.
Glintt - Global Intelligent Technologies, S.A. is a computing services company organized around 2 areas of activity:
- IT services: development and implementation of piloting applications (piloting for purchases, finances, and human resources), prospecting tools and data analysis, business portals, consulting and maintenance services, supervision, and project management;
- design, development and implementation of infrastructures: for network systems, security platforms, communication systems, etc. The group also develops a development and sale of electronic payment terminals activity (for smart-card payments).
Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: Portugal (77%), Spain (22.9%) and Angola (0.1%).
