The Kids segment is engaged in the sale of boys and girls swimwear, outerwear, and underwear. The Footwear and Accessories segment is engaged in the sale of footwear and accessories under the name of Calvin Klein, Cole Haan, Kate Spade, Michael Kors, Aquatalia and Fiorelli. The Men's and Women's Fashion segment is engaged in the sale of men's and women's fashion under the name of Spyder, Juicy Couture, Jones New York, Joe's Jeans, Buffalo Jeans, and David Beckham. The Brand Management segment provides services, including developing creative inspiration, market targeting, licensee acquisition, product development, marketing, and product launches, among others.
