Global Health Ltd. announced the commencement of the commercial rollout of the Company's MasterCare Discharge Summary SaaS solution for hospitals following the completion of an initial 2 early adopter sites. MasterCare Discharge Summary is deployed as a module within the Company's multi-tenanted SaaS platform hosted on Microsoft Azure Infrastructure in Australia. MasterCare Discharge Summary provides the ability to collate clinical information and compile a discharge summary for uploading to a patient's My Health Record for a given inpatient episode of care.

The Discharge Summary module was developed to ensure compliance to the accreditation and legislative requirements mandated by the Australian Digital Health Agency (ADHA) for all hospitals in Australia. MasterCare Discharge Summaries are positioned as a cost-effective, first step in a private hospital's journey to the fully digital clinical MasterCare Inpatient Electronic Medical Record (iEMR). Six private hospitals are currently engaged in implementations generating approximately $70,000 in additional ARR and more than $100,000 in implementation services.

MasterCare Discharge Summaries ensure a patient's continuity of care by sharing discharge information across the patient's team of medical and allied health providers, using Global Health's ReferralNet Secure Message Delivery (SMD) platform which is conformant with Australian Digital Health Agency's Secure Messaging standard. MasterCare Discharge Summary is a value-add module integrated via the MasterCare FHIR Interoperability platform to existing MasterCare Patient Administration System (PAS) customers. The Company has embraced the international FHIR standard as the integration standard of choice for connectivity between the Company's various internal platforms and connectivity between the Company's digital platforms with 3rd Party external systems wherever possible.

This enables customers to adopt a "best-of-breed" approach, allowing new customers using alternative PAS systems to extend the life of their investments while adopting new digital platforms like MasterCare Discharge Summaries and the more comprehensive MasterCare Inpatient EMR. Following the rollout to existing MasterCare PAS customers, the focus will shift to the wider community of hospitals required to upload discharge summaries to the Australian government's My Health Record.
