GLOBE INTERNATIONAL LIMITED Globe International announced the appointment, effective June 16, 223, of Mr. Harry Hodge as Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Board of Globe. Mr. Hodge has over 30 years' experience in senior executive and non-executive roles in organizations ranging from starts-ups, SMEs, large and international organizations across women's and men's fashion, action sports, youth culture as well as retail sectors. In an executive capacity as CEO/Executive Chairman, Mr. Hodge played a pivotal role in establishing the Quiksilver, Roxy and DC brands in Europe.
His additional executive and board level experience includes: Executive Director of Quiksilver Inc., Executive Chairman of Quiksilver Asia-Pacific as well as Deputy Chairman of Surfing New South Wales. The Company advises that, Mr. William Crothers, after a three-year term as Chair, has resigned, effectively immediately, as a Director of Globe.
