Pujido Co., Ltd. entered into an agreement to acquire 31.2% stake in LC Holdings, Inc. (JASDAQ:8938) from Ryoichi Honjo, Honjo Soko, Inc., Yuji Honjo, Taketo Inoue and Yutaka Tsuchida for ¥3 billion on July 19, 2019. Pujido Co., Ltd will acquire 1.7 million shares of LC Holdings at ¥1750 per share. Ryoichi Honjo, Honjo Soko, Inc., Yuji Honjo, Taketo Inoue and Yutaka Tsuchida will sell 1 million, 0.5 million, 0.13 million, 0.02 million and 0.014 million shares of LC Holdings respectively. The transaction is expected to be completed by August 30, 2019. As of September 2, 2019, the transaction is expected to complete on September 3, 2019.
