Flatt Security Co., Ltd. announced that it will issue 659,000 common shares at an issue price of ¥1517.450683 per share for gross proceeds of ¥1,000,000,000 on February 13, 2024. The transaction will include participation from new investor, GMO internet group, Inc. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company. The company is expected to close the transaction on February 29, 2024.
The company will raise funds through third party allotment.
