Gold Terra Resource Corp announced a non-brokered private placement of 50,000,000 common shares at an issue price of CAD 0.05 per share for gross proceeds of CAD 2,500,000 on April 10, 2024. The transaction will include participation from Eric Sprott as the lead investor. The transaction is expected to close on or around April 19, 2024.

The company will pay a 6% finder?s fees to eligible parties in accordance with applicable securities laws and TSX-V policies.

Gold Terra Resource Corp. is a junior gold exploration company. The Company holds a portfolio of gold exploration assets in the mining jurisdictions of the Northwest Territories and New Brunswick. The Companyâs Yellowknife Project (YP) encompasses about 918 square kilometers of contiguous land immediately north, south, and east of the City of Yellowknife in the Northwest Territories. The district-size property lies on the Yellowknife greenstone belt, covering nearly 70 kilometers (km) of strike length on the southern and northern extensions of the shear system that hosts the Con and Giant gold mines. YP is comprised of the Northbelt, Southbelt, Eastbelt and Quyta-Bell properties in the Northwest Territories as well as additional claims and property interests. Its Con Mine Option Property is located beside the City of Yellowknife and adjacent to its 100% owned Yellowknife City Gold Project in the Northwest Territories. It also holds the Mulligan gold project in New Brunswick.
