Gold Terra Resources chairman and CEO Gerald Panneton joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share significant updates on the company's latest exploration achievements.

The announcement centers around the positive assay results from drill hole GTCM23-055, where an impressive concentration of 12.93 grams per tonne (g/t) of gold was recorded over a span of 1.7 meters. This discovery is pivotal as it affirms the expansion of high-grade gold mineralization within the Campbell Shear, located beneath the historical Con Mine's subterranean structure.

Panneton emphasized to Proactive that this discovery is not just a mere addition but a confirmation of the company's geological predictions and marks a complete technical victory in tracing the Campbell Shear's depth extension. The drilling uncovered high-grade gold in conjunction with quartz veins and alterations in the geological formation—key indicators of rich mineral deposits.

The company projects that this vein extends over a kilometre in strike length, offering a substantial volume of gold to be unearthed with further drilling, especially deeper near the existing base of the Robertson shaft.

Gold Terra Resources is not resting on its laurels with this find; it is actively continuing its exploration efforts. A new drilling phase is underway involving a lateral wedge extending from the main exploratory shaft, known as the Master hole.

This new drilling direction aims at reaching the Campbell Shear approximately 75 meters to the north from the initial point of intersection. The company anticipates that additional wedges will be drilled from this Master hole in the forthcoming months, suggesting a robust and ongoing exploration campaign.
