Great Eagle Holdings Limited Approves Final Dividend for the Year Ended 31 December 2022

Great Eagle Holdings Limited is an investment holding company principally engaged in operation of hotels. Along with subsidiaries, the Company operates its business through seven segments: the Hotel Operation segment, the Results from Champion REIT segment, the Results from Langham segment, the Property Investment segment, the United States Real Estate Fund segment, the Property development segment, and Other operations segment. The Hotel Operation segment is involved in the hotel accommodation, food and banquet operations as well as hotel management. The Property Investment segment is involved in the leasing of furnished apartments and properties held for investment potential. It also provides building management services. The Property Investment segment is involved in the sale of properties through subsidiaries including Ease Treasure Investment Limited, among others.
