The Hotel Operation segment is involved in the hotel accommodation, food and banquet operations as well as hotel management. The Property Investment segment is involved in the leasing of furnished apartments and properties held for investment potential. It also provides building management services. The Property Investment segment is involved in the sale of properties through subsidiaries including Ease Treasure Investment Limited, among others.
