Guangdong Great-Sun Foods Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 238,112,700 in equity round of funding from existing investor Great-Sun Foods Co., Ltd. (SHSE:603336) on March 18, 2020. The registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 20,000,000 to CNY 258,112,700 upon closing and investor will continue to retain its 100% stake. The transaction has been approved by the investor in its 4th directorate’s 1st meeting and its 4th supervisory board’s 1st meeting and does not need its shareholder's approval.
Great-Sun Foods Co., Ltd. is a China-based company mainly engaged in the cultivation, procurement, warehousing and processing of fruit and vegetable products. The Company's main products include all kinds of high-quality production areas and imported fruits and vegetables, such as apples, longans, pears, grapes, oranges, Hami melon, pomegranate, watermelons, winter jujubes, strawberries, lettuces, garlic sprouts, baby cabbages, as well as Chinese cabbages, among others. The Company distributes its products in domestic market and to overseas markets.
