Group Five Limited Announces Chief Financial Officer Changes

Group Five announced the appointment of a new chief financial officer Anthony Clacher with effect from 12 December 2018, to replace Cristina Freitas Teixeira who will be leaving the Group this month after announcing her departure on 2 October 2018. Anthony has operated as a chartered accountant for more than 25 years and has been in financial director and board roles for more than ten years.

Group Five is a building and civil engineering works organized around 4 areas of activity: - construction of buildings and civil engineering infrastructures (66.9%): roads, ports, airports, industrial sites, mining infrastructure, residential and non-residential buildings, etc. The group also provides engineering services primarily to mechanic, electricity and mining and petrochemical industries sectors; - manufacturing of building materials and steel products (15.1%): fiber-cement products, reinforcing bars, metal structures, profiles, etc.; - management under concession and infrastructure maintenance (13.5%).
