Grupo Bimbo, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV:BIMBO A) signed an sale agreement to acquire Pagnifique S.A. from Linzor Capital Partners II, L.P. managed by Linzor Capital Partners L.P. on February 12, 2024. The transaction is subject to the approval of the Commission for the Promotion and Defense of Competition.
Grupo Bimbo SAB de CV is a Mexico-based company engaged in the food processing sector.
