During the company?s second quarter 2023 results conference call, Diego Gaxiola Cuevas, Chief Financial Officer said that ?The second one, in order to continue to advance with our strategic plan and with the opportunities that we see in many different markets. We will continue to look and to be able to conclude inorganic growth, some M&A projects say, none of them are going to be transformational. It's not that the projects are going to move the needle in terms of leverage of the company?.
