GT Capital Holdings, Inc. announced the resignation of Mr. Jesus G. Chua, Jr. as Executive Vice President for Finance of the Corporation, due to other career opportunities, effective May 8, 2024. His resignation was formally accepted by the Corporation during the Organizational Meeting of its Board of Directors on 8 May 2024.
