Gudeng Precision Industrial Co. Ltd. announced earnings results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2020. For the third quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 557.988 million compared to TWD 586.949 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 75.440 million compared to operating Income of TWD 67.806 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 357.176 million compared to TWD 59.982 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 4.85 compared to TWD 0.87 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 4.82 compared to TWD 0.87 a year ago. For the nine months, sales was TWD 1,788.216 million compared to TWD 1,656.855 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 122.391 million compared to TWD 151.600 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 488.364 million compared to TWD 187.766 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 6.6 compared to TWD 2.73 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 6.51 compared to TWD 2.73 a year ago.
Gudeng Precision Industrial Co., LTD is principally engaged in the production and sale of integrated solutions for protection, transfer and storage of photo masks and molds. The Company primarily operates two business segments. Gudeng segment is involved in the manufacturing and sales of photo masks. Xin Chuang segment is engaged in the sales and maintenance of automotives. The Company consists of four product lines, including photo mask transmission solution, wafer transmission solution, mechanical equipment and other related services. The Company distributes its products in Taiwan and Mainland China.
