Ham-Let (Israel Canada) Ltd. (TASE:HAML) acquired Norvalves AS for NOK 10 million on September 27, 2016. Norvalves will continue as an independent company, looking forward to continued long term relationships with all of our customers, suppliers and partners. Norvalves will become Ham-Let’s sales and service center in Scandinavia, serving the North European market for the Ham-Let groups existing customers. The transaction will not affect any of Norvalves many approvals or certificates. Ham-Let (Israel Canada) Ltd. (TASE:HAML) completed the acquisition of Norvalves on September 27, 2016.
