Ham-Let (Israel Canada) Ltd. (TASE:HAML) agreed to acquire Cambridge Fluid Systems Limited from Hale Hamilton (Valves) Limited for $3.3 million on December 24, 2014. The purchase price is subject to adjustments made after the closing date. The transaction scheduled to close on January 5, 2015.
