Xu Ai Hua acquired 66.85% stake in Hang Yick Holdings Company Limited from HY Steel Company Limited for HKD 85.6 million.

The Provision of Steel and Metal Engineering Services segment is engaged in the provision of engineering services such as steel and metal works, metal gates engineering and passive fire engineering.
