Hanssem Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A009240) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 399,467 shares. The purpose of the program is to enhance the shareholders' value.
The program will be valid till May 9, 2022. As of February 7, 2022, the company had 6,599,910 shares in treasury within scope available for dividend and had no shares in treasury through other repurchase.
