Lishui Nantou New Area Investment and Development Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire 55% stake in Zhejiang Liwei Automobile Control System Co., Ltd. from Harbin VITI Electronics Co., Ltd. (SHSE:603023) for CNY 25.9 million on May 12, 2023. Transaction has been approved by Harbin VITI Electronic's board of directors. For the period March 31, 2023, Zhejiang Liwei Automobile had CNY 97.4286 million of Total assets and CNY 18.588 million of Net assets.
