HENGAN INTERNATIONAL GROUP COMPANY LIMITED The board of directors of Hengan International Group Company Limited announced that Mr. Xu Wenmo has been appointed as an executive director of the Company with effect from 24 August 2023. Mr. Xu Wenmo, aged 57, is the Director of Risk Department of the Group and responsible for risk management and internal control of the Group. Mr. Xu joined the Group in 1985 and has accumulated over 34 years of experience in management, marketing and sales of consumer products.
He has the title of senior economist in the People's Republic of China.
